For Workshop, all registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may arrange for a substitute participant to take your place. Written notice must be provided to the organizer at least seven (7) working days prior to the event commencement. Should the course be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances by the organizer, a full refund (without interest) will be issued. 所有工作坊报名费恕不退还。 若个人因故无法参与，可自行安排替补学员，并在活动开始一周前通知主办单位。 若报名人数少于规定，或因为其他因素无法如期开课，主办单位將无息全额退费。
